Straight Fir Tree Ties

Avery Dennison offers a wide range of fir tree ties, for a variety of solutions for automotive fastening applications. Made from high quality polymers to help withstand extreme heat, weather and vibration, our products comply with most OEM specs.

Our fir tree features allow manufacturers to mount and secure wire bundles to punched or threaded holes, while the disk provides adequate tension between panels to prevent noise and vibration. To improve installation efficiency, fluted edges lock into panel holes.

We offer fir tree solutions for hole diameters ranging from 6.3 millimeters to 11.5 millimeters, and panel thicknesses from 0.6 millimeters to 8.5 millimeters. Some are designed specially for threaded holes from M6 through M10.

Straight Fir Tree Cable Tie

Our LIFT™ cable ties are our most popular. They outperform alternative fir tree and arrow style fasteners. They feature a flute geometry designed specifically to meet automotive wire harnessing requirements. They’re also ergonomically designed to minimize worker fatigue, requiring a low insertion force while maintaining high retention characteristics.
