Made from resins that perform well at high temperatures, and designed to help reduce noise, vibration and harshness, these solutions comply with many OEM specifications.
We have solutions for both round and oval/rectangular holes. Sizes range from 5-millimeter to 9.5-millimeter round holes, and 6.2-millimeter to 7.0-millimeter x 12+ millimeter ovals. Mating panel thicknesses can range from 0.6 millimeters to 10 millimeters. One part number can be used for a variety of panel thicknesses.
Our highly versatile Directional Slot Ties allow left-to-right adjustments that can compensate for harness alignment and enhance productivity during installation. They’re designed to attach to the long side of an application’s slotted hole, instead of to the ends. This accommodates extended (7-millimeter x 12-millimeter minimum length) oval and rectangular slotted holes for anti-rotation and harness guidance purposes. Our Directional Slot Ties meet both European and US/Japanese hole specifications.
