Avery Dennison offers a variety of offset arrow-style fasteners. Building on our oval/slot arrow family of products, they allow users to guide harnesses, tubes and hoses away from the mating hole when there is interference from other components or harnesses. Made from resins that perform well at high temperatures, and designed to help reduce noise, vibration and harshness, these solutions comply with many OEM specifications.
We offer solutions in 15-millimeter, 25-millimeter, and 35-millimeter offsets, for hole sizes ranging from 6.2-millimeter x 12+ millimeter to 7.0-millimeter x 12+ millimeter. Each is available in both standard and reverse pawl versions.
Our highly versatile Directional Slot Ties allow left-to-right adjustments that can compensate for harness alignment and enhance productivity during installation. They’re designed to attach to the long side of an application’s slotted hole, instead of to the ends. This accommodates extended (7-millimeter x 12-millimeter minimum length) oval and rectangular slotted holes for anti-rotation and harness guidance purposes. Our Directional Slot Ties meet both European and US/Japanese hole specifications.
