7.5-inch, 11-inch, or 15-inch Standard Ties

Standard Cable Ties are for heavier applications. They feature an overall strap length of 7.5 inches (190.5 millimeters), 11 inches (279.4 millimeters), or 15 inches (381 millimeters), and a minimum tensile loop strength of 50 pounds (22.68 kilograms).

These ties are available as weather resistant for outdoor applications, with greater resistance to ultraviolet light. We also offer a heat-stabilized option for high temperature applications.

7.5-inch or 15-inch Super Bar-LokⓇ Ties

Super Bar-Lok Cable Ties are ideal for aerospace, marine, aviation and automotive applications. Strong, yet light and flexible, these ties exceed military specification tensile strength of 50 pounds-force.

We believe Super Bar-Lok Ties outperform anything else available. They resist extremes of temperature, ultraviolet light, vibration, humidity, and salt spray. They survive cyclic shock fatigue up to 70 percent longer than most competitive ties. And they’re unaffected in applications where most types of grease, oil and fuels are present

When compared to its standard equivalent cable tie, the Ladder Tie is both friendly to our environment and cost effective. Ladder Ties use 60% less material than solid standard ties and weigh as much as 60% less, offering savings on shipping costs.They are manufactured with previously used Nylon 6/6 material and consistently meets or exceeds our 40lbf/18.14Kgf tensile strength specification.

Ladder Ties incorporate a unique stretching process that reduces their mass while maintaining the same strength as traditional cable ties in similar lengths. These ties are made with a variety of Nylon resins including heat stabilized and post-industrial recycled Nylon 66 (PIR). Our PIR ladder ties utilize clean scrap nylon fibers reclaimed from a proprietary manufacturing process. This ensures exceptional resin purity, high tensile strength, and dependable heat resistance. A Ladder Tie made with this resin is a breakthrough sustainable fastening solution designed to help customers achieve their Scope 3 carbon reduction, ESG targets, and state-mandated Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations like California SB 54 without sacrificing mechanical or thermal performance.
