FIR TREE STANDOFF,BHS, HIGH TEMP

Our range of fir tree ties provide a variety of solutions for automotive fastening applications. The fir tree features allow manufacturers to mount and secure wire bundles to punched or threaded holes, and the disk portion provides adequate tension between the panels to prevent noise and vibration. It is also high heat with an operating temperature of -40 to 150°C / -40 to 302°F

To accelerate installation speeds, the fluted edges lock into panel holes the same way a pawl locks into strap teeth.

We have a variety of parts to meet hole diameters from Ø6.3mm to 11.5mm in panel thicknesses from 0.6mm to 8.5mm. Some fir tree parts are also designed specifically for threaded holes from M6-M10. Stand-off ties are designed for engine manifold covers using 6.35mm holes.
