Lisa Asselin

Lisa Asselin, General Manager

Lisa leads the development and implementation of the global growth strategy for Fastener Solutions, with ultimate profit and operating responsibility. Lisa joined Avery Dennison in 2005 as a production team leader and has since had various roles in operations, global supply chain, quality, new product engineering, and product management. Outside of work, Lisa can be found camping or hiking with her dogs and volunteering as a court-appointed special advocate for youth in the community.

Thoughts on Sustainability: Sustainability means that we give back more than we take in our interactions with people and the environment. To accomplish this, we must rely on strong collaboration within our teams and a relentless effort to uncover and eliminate waste. We see this across our new product innovation, our manufacturing sites and our commitment to the communities where we operate.

Rhonda Schnipke

Rhonda Schnipke, Senior Global Finance Manager

Rhonda is responsible for global financial consolidation, strategic planning, managing closing, financial controls, forecasting, preparing business reviews and project improvements.  Rhonda has more than 15 years of finance and accounting experience in multiple roles and divisions at Avery Dennison

Thoughts on Sustainbility: Sustainability is about creating a successful future for our community. I am proud of Avery Dennison's efforts to encourage strong relationships with local communities to support education, health, and diversity which are all critical to the sustainability of our world.

Lisa Asselin

Kristin Trainor Gaudet, HR Manager

Kristin leads the development and implementation of people strategies. She is responsible for driving plans to maximize the return on human capital. She ensures that the people strategy is executed throughout the business unit. Kristin joined in 2019.

Thoughts on Sustainability: Sustainable practices are important to ensure a clean future Earth and healthy and happy employees. Efforts in sustainability play a role in supporting the continual improvement and growth of our organization.

Kyle Fossey

Kyle Fossey, Director NPD and R&D

Kyle is responsible for the development of new products, implementing and driving the effective execution for existing product development projects, and actively supporting our solutions portfolio. He leads a functional team of mechanical and design engineers as part of a global team.

Thoughts on Sustainability: Sustainability plays a major role in how we act as individuals, but it also drives innovation in our technology. We strive to find sustainable solutions in our designs and materials to satisfy not only our primary customer needs, but also the needs of the end user.

Pam Hone

Pam Hone, Commercial Director, North America & EMEA

Pam oversees the customer interface in the Americas & EMEA to ensure that requirements are delivered efficiently and effectively. She leads the company's efforts in implementing and reinforcing segment-based selling strategies and solutions to drive programs and OGSM efforts. She brings more than 15 years of commercial experience in various roles at Avery Dennison.

Thoughts on Sustainability: Developing and offering sustainable products is a major focus for the Avery Dennison Fastener team, and I am proud of that. By conserving resources and limiting waste, we not only help our customers to meet their sustainability goals, we help to preserve the environment for future generations.

Selina Tan

Selina Tan, Commercial General Manager, Asia Pacific

Based in Hong Kong, Selina is responsible for driving profitable sales revenue and share gain in the Asia Pacific region. Since joining Avery Dennison in 1999, she’s held positions of increasing responsibility at Retail Branding and Information Solutions. Selina holds a masters degree in Marketing and International business from the University of Auckland.

Thoughts on Sustainability: Sustainability means making business decisions that impact the market, not only in the short term, but also as a foundation for the long term. Sustainability efforts improve our world and enable natural resources to be available for future generations.

George Garcia

George Garcia, Regional Plant Manager

George leads the Fitchburg site's financial performance and operational in safety, quality, service and employee relations. He oversees the metrics and scorecards, implements governance, and reviews systems to assure strategies and projects align with business needs. He joined Avery Dennison in 2022.

Claudia Browchuk

Claudia Browchuk, Global Supply Chain Manager

Claudia manages the Fitchburg supply chain and procurement team, oversees global supply chain and procurement functions, and coordinates the activity among the teams in Fitchburg, Hong Kong, Mexico and the UK. She works with operations and marketing teams to implement best practices for service responsiveness, on time delivery, productivity and profit objectives.

George Garcia

Luis Grandich, ELS Manager

Luis is responsible for eliminating waste and variation in processes and for employee empowerment and training; these are critical factors of the Lean Sigma methodology. As a Lean Sigma Manager, he works with all Fastener Solutions' facilities and staff to streamline operations and create new opportunities.
